Next problems of Relaxed Optics are modeling and discussing. Main peculiarities of Cherenkov and supercontinuum radiation and its role in the formation laser-induced structures, including optical breakdown, are analyzied. These methods are including E. Fermi, A. Bohr, I. Golub theoris and their synthesis. Comparative analysis of thermodynamical and electromagnetic, including laser-induced, methods of modelling the processes of nucleation and crystallization are represented. Main peculiarities of thermodynamical and electromagnetic shork phenomena on the example of Rayleygh and modified Rayleygh models and its place in formation the Relaxed Optical processes are analized too.
