This book teaches one of the essential Christian doctrines concerning the after death state and the resurrection of the dead. It teaches that a man born of a woman is mortal and that he will remain unconscious in the grave until the end, when Christ returns to bring about the resurrection of the dead. According to this argument, no one has ever reached heaven until the day of the resurrection, when we will all be clothed in celestial bodies that will serve as the entrance to paradise.
